IHK Berlin Honors Kieback&Peter's Excellent Training Program
The Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) has awarded Kieback&Peter the IHK Seal for Excellent Training Quality ("IHK-Siegel für exzellente Ausbildungsqualität"). With this recognition, the IHK honors companies that demonstrate outstanding commitment and high standards in the training of young professionals. The award is based on a structured application process that requires companies to meet clear quality criteria and includes a survey of apprentices about their experiences.
Following recognition by the Federal Employment Agency earlier this year, this is the second award Kieback&Peter has received in 2025 from a key institution in the field of vocational education – further emphasizing the quality and consistency of the company’s training program.
The official presentation of the seal took place during the Azubi Days in Berlin – a company-wide event where apprentices from all Kieback&Peter locations across Germany come together to network, exchange ideas, and grow together. Representing the company, Managing Partner Christoph Ritzkat and the training team led by Saskia Krüger and Isabell Junger accepted the award.
