The most reflective time of the year is just around the corner, and for most of us that means spending time with family and friends. Unfortunately, this is not possible for many children in hospital. We would like to bring a little joy to these children in the run-up to Christmas and support the Bethel Children's Centre with our St Nicholas campaign.

To mark the occasion, Rafael Dalbke (Sales Engineer) and Gerhard Henke (Regional Manager West) met up with two "Kiebackians" (Marketing & Communication) in Bielefeld and handed out Father Christmas bags to the children on ward K5 (neuropaediatric / gastroenterology / infection ward).

A Tradition since 1957

Rafael Dalbke, sales engineer at Kieback&Peter: "The Saint Nicolas bags have a long tradition at Kieback&Peter. We have been giving presents to the children of our employees on 6 December for almost 70 years. Every year, our employees pack around 1000 bags with small gifts in our factory. This year, we gave presents to the children on ward K5 of the Bethel Children's Centre to "brighten their Christmas".

Improving the climate everywhere

The Bethel Children's Centre is one of the most modern children's hospitals in Germany. The new building was opened in autumn 2023. Ventilation, heating, cooling technology and fire protection: Kieback&Peter controls the children's centre with state-of-the-art building automation. The special thing about this project is that we not only ensure a good climate and comfortable operation with our smart technology, but also support Dr Eckardt von Hirschhausen's "Humor Hilft Heilen" (Humour Helps Heal) foundation with training and humour education for hospital staff to promote patient care and recovery.

Our support goes beyond technology - so that together we can make this world a little bit better. You can find out more about our cooperation with "Humor Hilft Heilen" and our other commitments here

With this in mind, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a lively start to the New Year!
