Azubi Days 2025 in Berlin
From August 6 to 8, 2025, this year’s Azubi Days took place in Berlin, and right on cue, the capital welcomed the event with sunny weather. A total of 79 trainees from all training years and locations across Germany came together to exchange ideas, learn together, and strengthen team spirit. For many, it was a joyful reunion; for our new trainees, it was a successful start to becoming part of the Kieback&Peter community.
Diversity, Activity, and Encounters
Whether beach volleyball, tennis, table tennis, or raft building in the Berlin countryside the – program was as diverse as our trainees. Our Mittenwalde plant also opened its doors, offering exciting insights into manufacturing and technology. As part of our health management program, topics such as stress management and exam anxiety were in focus. In addition to informative presentations, there were also practical brain-fit and balance exercises for everyday work.
Insights into the World of Kieback&Peter
Our new “Kiebackians” received an entertaining introduction to the world of Kieback&Peter – including quizzes and collaborative workshops. The evenings ended with barbecues and relaxed get-togethers, offering the perfect opportunity to get to know one another better and grow together as a team.
A Showcase for Our Training Culture
The Azubi Days take place annually, each time in a different city and with new thematic focuses. They are a fixed part of our training culture and reflect what makes Kieback&Peter special: personal support, real career prospects, and a strong sense of togetherness.
