Azubi Days 2026 in Munich for the First Time

From 5 to 7 August 2026, Kieback&Peter's annual Azubi Days were held in Munich for the first time. A total of 75 apprentices from across Germany came together to exchange ideas, learn from one another and share memorable experiences. For many, it was a reunion with familiar faces, while 32 new apprentices had the opportunity to make their first connections within the Kieback&Peter community.

The Azubi Days are an integral part of our training culture. Once a year, they bring together apprentices from all training years and locations, creating opportunities for networking, personal development and strong team cohesion.

Exchange, Team Spirit and Unique Insights

The event began with a variety of introductory activities and team-building exercises. These shared experiences provided numerous opportunities for apprentices to make new connections and strengthen existing relationships.

A special highlight awaited the apprentices on the second day of the event. Guided tours of the State Museum of Egyptian Art and the University of Television and Film Munich offered fascinating insights into two exceptional Kieback&Peter customer sites. The tours provided a behind-the-scenes look and demonstrated how our building automation solutions are applied in a wide range of environments.

In the afternoon, apprentices put their teamwork, communication skills and creativity to the test during a variety of beach games. In a relaxed atmosphere, they strengthened their collaboration and continued exchanging ideas across locations and training years.

Ready for the Future

In addition to the shared activities, personal and professional development also played a key role. Workshops and presentations on time management, resilience and artificial intelligence provided practical insights for both apprenticeship training and everyday working life.

Our new Kiebackians also received their first introduction to the world of Kieback&Peter. An interactive quiz and additional programme activities gave them the opportunity to learn more about the company, its values and the wide range of opportunities available through our apprenticeship programmes.

An Important Part of Our Training Culture

The Azubi Days take place annually at different locations. They encourage exchange among apprentices, strengthen team spirit and create opportunities for personal connections that extend beyond everyday training activities.
