Three in a Row: Kieback&Peter Again Among Germany’s Top Employers
Kieback&Peter starts the new year with an award once more: the international family company with 1,500 employees worldwide is named “Top Company 2024” by kununu.de for the third time in a row. Over one million companies are registered on the ratings website – Kieback&Peter is ranked among the top five percent best employers again in 2024.

Kieback&Peter has managed to meet the strict rating criteria for the third time in a row. Since 2011, around 300 employees and applicants have rated the company on the kununu.com website. With an average score of 4.0 points, they have given Kieback&Peter an excellent rating as an employer. That puts the family-owned company well ahead in comparison to others in the sector, where the average score was just 3.5 points.
The various rating criteria reflect what employees find particularly impressive about Kieback&Peter: alongside its interesting tasks (4.1 points), the company scored highly on commitment to the environment and social issues (4.0 points), equality of opportunity (4.0 points) and treatment of older colleagues (4.2 points). 85 percent of all employees registered on kununu.com also continue to recommend the family-run company to other applicants.
